There are many great features in Poinciana Island. There are too many to list here, but they include an exercise area, tennis, boating, gated entry, play area and clubhouse.

After you visit Poinciana Island, you’ll have to drive around and see everything Sunny Isles Beach condos has to offer. The location can’t be beat with great beaches, top notch shopping, the perfect weather and great outdoor activities being just some of the things available to do in Sunny Isles Beach.
